I don't have a cloud mining service, but I do offer a kind of "cloud staking". It is entirely transparent. Everyone can check the solvency and see proof of staking. If you look here you will see a nice clear chart showing the balance of the staking address growing over time. It's all available on the blockchain, and I have signed messages with the addresses to prove I control them.
It's not hard at all. So why can't scrypt.cc do the same? That's all people are asking for.
