why 4.6? how it work, isn't it based on how many btc your wallet hold? or there is a fixed rate for every wallet you have, so it based on the numbers of private key or something
i have never tried it but as far as i have read about it, you will get fixed amount of clams if you have a bitcoin address that is old you have to sweep it first and then submit it to get clams. which means you give them the private key and they give you clams.
