So I saw people with less points and activity then me having Hero Status .......when I will have mine

. You'll be a Hero on the 15th of September providing you make a post in each fortnightly period. As others have mentioned you cannot achieve Hero rank before you get 480 activity.
User SpiryGolden is talking about may have deleted many of his/her posts which may have lead to <480 activity but rank maybe still a Hero Member.
IIRC only Newbie, Hero, and Legendary members don't get demoted normally. Maybe I'll fix it at some point, but it's not really a big deal.
