I pushed the mastercode code to the github a couple hours ago, and I'm working on the windows compile. Took a bit longer because I need to compile some new dependencies for MN.

10k minimum coin cost, 50% of stake masternodes that will go into effect July 4th, 2015.

The ANN will be updated and cleaned up and the roadmap re-worked since we don't need to coin swap any more
