Then... Put in the actual effort and trust to get there. Buying accounts is like buying someone else's life. Unless you are out to scam, why do you need Legendary? Seriously? He didn't say he needed to become a Legendary, he said he wanted to. I'd like to be Legendary too. Why? Because it's the highest rank currently, but as someone else said you also usually get the highest amount on signature campaigns.
