To avoid tor stuffs use google human verification, they will be problematic for nasty users who just love to exploit things.

I don't think anyone will be using TOR to access your site. Instead of focusing on that make sure people don't use ad blockers on your site.
Just add a script where it will detect if any kind of ad blockers are being used by a users. If they do use ad blockers, they won't be able to claim because the scrip will block them from claiming.
