i think yes because you can find porno category. maybe they accept porno content but i never try 
That is the problem I tried and it got rejected because it was porn, does anyone else have a porno site that uses coinurl ads?
I searched in the Faq: https://coinurl.com/faq.php but couldnt find anything related to that Issue. You can ask them by sending them a Message at their email, they will tell you that what is the issue, will the allow this type of content or not.
