Can anyone explain about this "From July 1, NMC/IXC/I0C payout to be increased to BTC×7. Huntercoin payout will be restored."
For each BTC you mined, you can get 7 NMC + 7 IXC + 7 I0C + 5 HUC for free.
Does it mean that if someone mines 0.2 BTC he will get ( 7 NMC + 7 IXC + 7 I0C + 5 HUC) / 5?
Or 1 BTC is the minimum barrier in order to receive the bonus?

There is no 1 BTC barrier. You mine 0.2 BTC, you get 0.2 BTC + 1.4 NMC + 1.4 IXC + 1.4 I0C + 1.0 HUC. But you must fill the payout address before midnight UTC on the day of payment.
