I've been away for a bit and have had an MMXIV wallet staking for a while, I was just curious if I could get filled in quick on what to do to get them exchanged?

There was a coin swap for 4 coins into 1. If you had all your MMXIV in your OWN wallet (not at an exchange) then Spots will be able to convert your MMXIV for BUCKS.
