Sure, why not. This giveaway is pretty much shady with a new owner claming that he will give x5 of the deposit amount . Whats more shady is that you need to deposit it to an unknown adress and not your own deposit addres
Some shady things that I found as well :
#1 This site was created 2 hours ago ( by the time I posted this ) and shows that there are only 10 bets there https://www.moneypot.com/apps/95-onlydice . It is seems that the site is launched hurriedly without any proper testing and resulting the faucet is broken currently

#3 Owner gone offline just 15 minutes after he launched this promotions. Normally a site owner will stand by at the site waiting for players to come after they announced a giveaway but the owner of this site is nowhere to be found
Although with all those shady activites this site is provably fair because it is using Moneypot's API however I encourage no one to send BTC to the address listed on the OP since there is a high chance that this is "shady" giveaway
