www.preev.com is a simple bitcoin calculator. You simply either enter the amount of bitcoin or currency you're looking to convert and it'll do it for you.
In this instance I'll enter $100 to see how many bitcoin its worth, give it a few seconds to settle then send the seller $107.50 for those $100 bitcoin. Or with others they factor in the 7.5% to the $100 and send me slightly less.
