what the hell--I am winning and then the Server mysteriously screws up and when it comes back on I cannot win a hand--- 
Have you contacted their support? I believe they will investigate it and give your winning if the problem happened because of a glitch in their site.

If you or server go offline in the middle of hand it will continue when you or server get on but Player seed for the next hand will be changed/randomized
