so there is something like a 60-80% fee to pay to start mining again or transfering this shares to hardware, but no one know the specifications of it. it sounds all not too bad in my eyes. well the accounts are worth almost nothing, but if you pay the fee, you can restart for yourself the ponzi game.

I guess the money mined in 2015 until now has been used to recover from the hack, so its kind of lost for the shareholders.
