Wow, sorry guys - for some reason I wasn't getting bitcointalk notification in email on new posts in this thread and we didn't get our auto-alert that xapo ran out of funds. We fixed this a couple of days ago. To address the lower payments on normal tickets - we just had no choice. We went from having 4 BTC banked in February from advertising to buying BTC again in June and when you're buying more BTC than advertising is bringing back in, that business model is unfortunately not something sustainable. We're still looking at methods of bringing this back to previous payout levels though!
