if you would take a look at the TOS you would read that selling identified accounts is prohibited 
But the question is if its forbided here
it does not matter if you do it here or in another forum, it is forbidden to sell your account to someone else, due to the possibility of some malicious user that want to scam by buying heavily trusted account
