In case anyone else is wondering, I'll save you the trouble of posting a question and waiting for a response... this seller does not accept payment via Paypal or Amazon Gift Card.  I asked the seller politely through DM, and he replied very quickly, but also was pretty rude. (I have no idea - I thought I was quite polite and friendly in my question.)
