All you need to do to make the blockchain move is send a transaction to yourself. It will cost you the transaction fee though. You may get lucky and stake the block, so you get might get it back. If you want to move coins from your wallet to exchange, just send it and then soon after, send two transactions to yourself, and it will be confirmed on yobit.
