don't wanna offend you, but you either have too pay a few bucks more, or you're going to get a copy obtained by illegal means. Over the past year the cheapest steam offer was 7.49. I see no reason why anyone should sell lower than that, it would be a loss for the seller as long as they're legit.
(I've just learned that).On the summer sale CS:Go was 12 TRY (~5 $) (summer sale was %50 off) I forgot to buy one.
