if these arent ringing some enormous alarm bells in your head ill do it for you

The most I'd risk at first is 1 BTC, sell it and see how long it takes to get fiat

I'm not for certain it's a scam yet, you see some complaints but you also see posts like these:

It is not a scam. I have buyed over 2 bitcoins from there with no problem. I dont know about other people, but everything worked smooth for me. They are Europe located, and I do too, so I think that would be the best exchange for me.

Yeah, I've been selling some coin on there too at 12% above the Btc-E price.

But yes this generally holds true, right now prices are about 10.6% higher
