Obviously ICM can answer for himself, but from what I know:

ICM didn't want to give a definitive deadline, as that just opens the door for fudders, etc.
He was trying to get the release out by the end of June, but there have been some improvements/touchups to the wallet that is being rewritten, that went past that date.
In saying that, if ICM was as close to a release as it seemed, I'm expecting a release this month, August at the latest.
