I bought it at the States, via eBay. I also asked the seller and he answered me... I got the full public address... it was glued inside the protection of the coin...

Did you create it yourself with serpcoin software? If so there is a file saved (named addr.sav) which stores just the coin # and the full bitcoin addresses.
I know there are a few people who were selling them on ebay put together already. If you bought it that way you will need to contact the person you bought it from. I sell them as Do It Yourself kits only so, unfortunately, I can't help you there.
