I have 4 s-3's
2 have run for 11 months and 2 weeks at freq 212. Batch 1 this is a slight underclock.
2 have run for 3 months at freq 237 Batch 7 purchased used on ebay this is a medium over clock.
The key is use good psu's and if I were you I would run them at freq 237 not 250. Since you need them to last
