Flare is stress testing the Budget proposal system using 1000's of suggestions like this, and its taking 25 seconds to load up in testnet but all is going well so far  Grin

I read that on the TestNet thread

i do not get it,
i thought proposals will be going through a separate webpage
then approved (there) and then open for voting on the MN network ?!
(am i missing something here)

Well, proposals have to go on the blockchain.  It will include the proposal name, and "number", the account funds will be sent to, the number of payments with the start and end block # of the payments as well as how many payments will be made.  It also contains the vote count and the amount.

The thing is, this isn't very user friendly.  The plan is that we first have to get the foundation finished.  After that, we will probably use an open source program from someone Evan knows, which will do something like, take the info from the block chain and put it on a web page that is easier to understand.  That web page will undoubtedly also include or be linked to a forum for discussing and polling.

At least that's how I understand it.  I think DASHpay.io will have links to all proposals, but mostly, if you have a proposal, Evan is thinking you would also host the proposal page and forum.  He wants the projects to be distributed and not all in one central spot.  So I'd guess any and all sites interested could also hold links to the proposal site for ease of finding.

Does that make sense?

i am only worried about that this will be so technical to propose a funding project
that a dummy like me will never succeed in this !
or
we have a service taking "care" of your funding idea (for dummies only)

I agree, as not everyone's idea will be technical and some masternode owners may be skittish of making a mistake entering the information.  Actually, I can see making a little java applet where you can put the information in the blanks and it will generate the correct command to enter.  That alone would make things much easier (could be on the dashpay.io site)  There is definitely an interface to work out, but I suspect the first proposals that will go through will simply be to pay core developers and marketing then possibly mobile wallets.  I'm hoping that will bring more outside talent, and that will result in faster interface development.  I seriously think we need a program that simply opens a window and shows the status of all proposals along with the name and a brief description of each project plus the website to participate in discussions.  I'd like to see masternode owners able to insert proof of masternode this program so they can simply click on a yea or nay to do their voting, and it would automatically submit the correct command.

But again, all this has to come after the foundation.  The guys are really working hard on this.
