It is over 24 hours since I put in a withdrawal request - and still nothing. The chat is down, no award increase, the site has not been updated, many unhappy clients, tickets never answered - this guy 'Marshmallow Scamtosser' is pissing me off now. I want my BTCs!!
Yes, this is way it goes. I'm still waiting answer to ticket and nothing.. 
Sure this is beginning to be helpless but not hopeless to get BTC back.
