What is the best (secure, easy to use, open, free, etc) web wallet out there currently?
many people said it is blockchain.info
it has good online wallet, and have mobile wallet that connected to main wallet too
if you want to make transaction with small amount of bitcoin, just try that
but if you want to make bigger transaction, i suggest you to try wallets like electrum / multibit
