i know you want to run your hw in your home but isn't better for you to go with a legit cloud? at least you will not waste time waiting for the shipment with overpriced price

Cloud or shipping to data center would be options he might possibly ROI on. I understand wanting to run at home, heck I run miners as I love it. But if you live somewhere shipping/taxes make it impossible to ROI you have to be open minded.
