IMO, they offer it with a high price. It wouldn't be viable for people looking to save money. Also, with basic verification, it would only give you a limit of 2500 euros per year which is relatively low. There are much better alternatives if you buy a prepaid Visa card and load it with Bitcoin through LBC to prevent blocking. The limits would be high without verification at all and the fees are very low.
