The memory will be watercooled soon, and its just a pair of 5850's for now.  This is the old gaming rig that got retired to mining, and the ram block came out for the new rig till I can get a replacement in.

You already have way to much on that loop. It's silly to water cooling anything but the gpu and cpu. Every time you add something, everything else will get hotter. Since things like ram don't benefit from water cooling it's just counter productive especially for mining. If its staying cool now, it's probably because the cards have a low hash rates. It would definitely not hold up if you upgraded to gpu's with high hash rates.

No you're wrong! Why don't you WC the PSU while ur at it, and eliminate as many fans as you can!
