I downloaded the mining app but when I opened the setup.exe or the dashboard.exe it shown the error "iexplorer.exe this application could not be runned"
are you serious? i hope you have a good anti-virus scanner and all your bitcoins in cold storage

Do you have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware free version? It has been my experience this program will find bitcoin stealing trojans and quarantine. You need more than just a virus scanner.
