Well I forgot to add in OP that Over fees is not accepted.
I am not in a hurry.... I want fair and equal deal. I can pay the payza fees but can't such big fees of 9%

That's too much mate. I want to exchange from neddy people who also wants their bitcoins converted to payza but Not from huge fees takers for Profit purpose

As I already said I am looking for needy people. So I can go for up to 2% fees. With my payza fees which then becomes 2%+2.5% = 4.5%

that you want better rate als Payza offer to verifiet customer?
