i can't sync the old wallet how do i send my cs tp site to be safe?

should be able to zoom in, but its a full size image showing i have connections, but the wallet doesn't see it. more then a week has passed.

I recently blocked a bunch of strange and fake ip's...but i don't think any are cs ip's
