just write them a ticket, aurumexchange has never let me down (besides the sudden cancellation of the debit cards...)
i wrote a ticket yesterday, still no reply
the funds were taken from me by mtgox usd, but i did not got the LR,
anyway, they say they will reply within 24 hours, so i guess i need to wait several more hours.
