Any mods/devs online here? Have a deposit that still says not confirmed after well over 5 confirms from the network..and no, it hasnothing to do with tx fees or lack thereof...

If it's a deposit, it's unfortunately largely out of the control of bustabit. Only the miners are able to confirm deposits. Most of the time, the only thing they care about is fees. So if you have enough fees, it's possible you're spending from a transaction that doesn't have enough fees or priority and it waits on that one to confirm first.
