We also crippled BTCDig for quite a few days, multipool.us and give-me-coins.
There are a team of us, each specializing in a field. We were part of DD4BC, atleast the USA/AU subsidy.
We have access to many servers, and many hosts. How do you think we got CloudMinr's leak before it was published over http?
And you have found many more blocks than 1-2 a month, one records show you found as many as 4 in a month, so you are not small.
For us,s mall is less than 30 TH/s, you are 60-100 TH/s.
You are acting like 1 BTC is so much, will it be so much when you owe the host a new NIC port?
Your choice, not ours. And yes, we know some of the administrators here, or maybe we are one, you will not know.
Or maybe we work intern at DigitalOcean?
we have found 12 blocks since jan 1st. this is july 13 so it is 6.4 months past this year.
so 12 / 6.4 = 1.875 blocks per month. last I looked 1.875 is in between 1 to 2 blocks a month leave us alone.
Pay up within 6 hours. We have colleagues who work for many of the big name hosts, and datacenters. It would not be hard to message one and say that you refused to pay and have the entire server reinstalled after dumping the wallet.
You can't hide from us until you pay. It is not much.
You are going about this the wrong way.
Lets say you are real and can do all this.
Why not prove it just leave the pool alone for 1 week.
Let it mine in peace.
This would accomplish a few things it shows you are the ddos guy.
It also allows the pool a chance to hit a block or two and decide to pay the bribe or say no we will not pay.
If you continue your current ways. you prove nothing. in fact the real ddos person may not be you.
The fact that your started your ddos at the 900th hour of this blocks means most of us don't have jack shit to pay you dude.
You should have attacked at 10 hours in. not 900 hours in.
Our last pushthrough was July 8th. 2 to mmpool.org and 1 to backup1.mmpool.org
We will let you go for 1 week, but after 1 week, and you better hope you find a block, there are no more second chances.
An attack after July 8th, which is when mmpool.org was pointed to 127.0.0.1 was not us, or it may just be backlogged in the man fiber channel rack.
You have til July 20th to pay, without any interruption.
