Later Garza admitted himself that he "created" Coinstand, i.e. "hired" developers (Phil Vadala and then someone else, don't remember now). I think he was trying to say that GAW (the LLC) had nothing to do with Coinstand and it was his personal project. Which is all bullshit anyway seeing how he used GAW as his personal ATM all along. Hopefully the courts will see it that way too.
In this complaint it alleges he committed criminal acts when he defrauded these investors in this case. Does that have any significance criminally since this is a civil case? I'm not a lawyer or armchair law expert. I am asking this question because I do not know the answer.
