Anyway don't believe a word he has to say... everything is a lie. Just ban him, he's a well known scammer.
They don't ban members who scam here. His account and likely all the accounts on his IP will be negative repped so he is not able to do much scamming in future. However if he creates a new account then it will be hard to know his alts.
