I have idea how to motivate and thank to our participants.
Today I've created the Team Page and as you can see there are present our contributors with them activity in percents.
What do you think about proportional payouts to them from our 11% profit? Project is open source (code, media, promo, translations, bug fixes etc) so this business model allows it. Also we have simple and automatic payouts with BitCoin. So, why not?
One problem that we promised 0% up to 2016. But it's soon.
Other problem in the bitcoin fees and micro-payments. I believe it can be solved
