from my personal experience, i would never put my trust in any altcoin ever more than a couple of months tops. all of them are good for getting in and out of quickly without any hesitation
for all i know 1-2 years from now ....coin can be worth 1 satoshi like a lot of them that are at those levels now and 1-2 years ago people were claiming the same thing you are today.
