I don't think so, I guessed he lost his stand about the business or his app failed, it is easier to say that he have closed the offer because he have reached his limit, suspense is killing.
you have a point there , his better off to just say here that he no longer looks for testers or his plan is no longer a plan so all we can go away from this thread

I made some contact with him before and was added to skype, His app is basically NOT in Play store and in a relatively "grey" field. I didn't agree to use it in the end because it was detected to have some kind of malware in it, Although it could be a false positive I preferred to not try it on my phone.
