. Don't know why scammers try and scam against Paypal transfer....Why not? They cash out right away and ditch the account. You're probably thinking, oh well no damage done since it's coming out of paypal's pocket but once in awhile they will get someone who can't chargeback or loses the dispute because of the digital goods policy. It happens.
As far as I know Paypal takes the side of the buyer 99% of the time but I'm no expert.
I suppose making a charge back could not work on certain occasions.
