It sounds like you are correct that the internal balance was adjusted for a withdrawal but it must have never gone through because of another withdrawal making the hot wallet too small. We're adjusting this asap. Sorry about the trouble.
So what your saying, if it wasn't for another withdrawal going through at that point of time i would be sitting here with those coins in my wallet. Instead of the transaction going through the issue spiraled into a complete disaster.
That's all well and good that you have identified the bug in your site but that doesn't bring the 31.17 btc back that i tried withdrawing many times after many hours before giving up and losing it all does it? Or the fact that no one ever seems to have the time to reply to my emails to
support@satoshidice.com but you do seem to have the time to post in this thread. The only way i thought i had any chance of getting some of that back was to get my balance higher then 31.17 as that was the amount that my withdrawal balance was set to 0. If your website didn't have an issue in the first place that withdrawal would have gone through and i wouldn't be sitting here feeling completely foolish right now.
I initially deposited 20 bitcoins and when i won and decided to stop my balance was 36.79951086. The withdrawal of that amount bounced due to the hot wallet amount so i tried to withdraw 31.17 which then caused an error and set that amount of my balance to 0. I then withdrew 5.62951086 which went through.
In the end by continuing my bets to get myself above the 31.17 balance (Which i should not have had to do but thought was my only hope of getting something back) the total amount i managed to cash out was 13.91865035 btc from my initial deposit of 20. I think your company should be reimbursing me the amount that i have lost from my initial attempt of withdrawal. I understand that i should have waited for the bug to be resolved but i did not want that many coins sitting in a web address for too long in case i had any issues in losing my accounts address after restarting my computer, i have had instances in the past where even after closing my browser my account has not been retained. I did not want to risk this happening and by continuing to gamble above the 31.17 i was at least able to regain some of the coins i assumed at the time were lost.
So to summarize:
My initial deposit was 20
My first attempt to withdraw after winning was 36.79951086.
What i actually ended up being able to withdraw after i continued betting was 13.91865035.
So that is 36.79951086 - 13.91865035 =
22.88086051 This is how much i feel like i have lost from this glitch.
22.88086051 I am not trying to claim any extra coins i won AFTER the issue happened, i do not expect to have those extra winnings as they shouldn't have even been in my account anyway after trying to withdraw them in the first place. They were simply my only way in hope of recouping some my losses due to this error with your website. I do feel i should be reimbursed the amount that i lost from my initial attempt to cashout. The amount lost was
22.88086051 from the initial attempt to withdraw of 36.79951086 because all i was actually able to get back from this was 13.91865035.
My username on SatoshiDice was ChickenRun123 here are the images from what was happening and when i tried to withdraw. If you could please take a close look at my account and help me.

22.88086051 extra bitcoins would be sitting in my account right now if this error did not occur in the first place as i tried to withdraw over and over again over many hours. This is the amount that feel like i have lost because of an error with your company. Obviously if my first withdrawal had have worked i would not have continued gambling those coins, i only did this because i knew any balance higher then 31.17 was being sent properly and so i thought this was my only way of recouping some of what i had lost due to the error.
I understand in the case of just a hotwallet issue and then continuing to gamble the coins then this probably wouldn't be up for reimbursement, i wouldn't expect reimbursement for something like that. However this is very different. This is a bug and was not a hotwallet issue at all, i still had the ability to withdraw it was just saying my balance was 0 when i was at 31.17 anything above that i was still able to take out so you can unstand why i would have tried to risk getting my balance higher then this if i wanted any chance of getting anything back at all. This should not have happened though.
Please help me, Im sure your company can afford to do the right thing here and reimburse me.
