The wallet vanillacoin.exe program was flag by my anti-virus as an infected file. 
Or it was flagged as 'unrecognized' (instead of infected) which happened to me. In that case, you just allow the program to accept it and continue merrily along.
It flagged 5 files as "infected file detected."
why dont you show the report?
