newbie can still join the signature campaign, but it's better to just wait until Jr.member and payment slightly higher

Just what I was saying. Earnings are quite low. I was testing to see how much I could get by posting the minimum required to see how much it was actually going to come out too, and was quite disappointed.
Waiting until Jr. Member is the right call before joining up with one.
