This is pretty good campaign to be in I would say. Because they allow for personal msg panel usage.
They are the ones that I only know of that allow this.
I don't know why Izanagi told me that this would be my last payment since I am moving into another campaign, but I thought the personal msg panel only for this campaign is allowed, since you are doing the same.
