See, this is one of the reasons why changing 2bacco coin to a pow/pos coin might be advantageous, because it seems that it isn't possible to rely on miners (pow) to keep the confirmations happening.
Whereas, with pos, it is hoped that people will have their wallets open and staking more often,
and the confirmations are supposed to be more stable then, and not so intermittent as we see happening with 2bacco coin in its first month.
