Furthermore, because I want to keep the information regarding the time of meeting and details about your operation in the public domain - so others can at least benefit from my visit by being able to review your financial details -, now, you require my name and address to be posted here. Only you know, why my name and address need to be disclosed publicly in order to put a meeting in your calendar, to disclose the information about the time of meeting and the details of your business plan and financials.
