Ouch. This is not very professional at all. Flashback of Fran the man . Who was brandon casten the owner of satoshi lol? Don't need to divulge who owners are as no ones business obviously. I would like to see more transperancy in cheating scenarios like with what transpired with kunty kunter. What happenes on new seals with accounts caught cheating? If there is money in the account does it get distributed to the cheated players like the old seals?

Yeah I agree. My first impression was that this guy was attempting to copy a SWC support person based on the response. But wow don't like real SWC support answering like that..better not to answer at all...I don't care who the owners are but the  SWC rep needs to be more professional if they want to grow... sounds like Poker Dominicano LOL...let's see if they confirm Fran the Man in charge if they start not paying out some players because claims of collusion. blah blah blah.  Oh how SWC misses Micon.  If the reps continue to answer questions this way this SWC will never recover. All the goodwill that Seals accumulated will be thrown down the toilet unless they can learn to deal with the players or public in a professional manner.
