I dont know if you mean this for sarcasm but if you did then this is pretty funny . No sane investor will put their money in something that has lose alot of its value ( I mean the price value ). Basically people would want something solid and of course something that loses its value wont be attractive enough, therefore you can see that alot of people keep buying gold because the price is quite stable and solid
