Over 2 week and my issue still is not SOLVED. 1 btc stolen from my account you can see in posts in past. But still nothing solved. Support doesn't answer. Stunna said 1 day later he will let me know about all. And 2 week passed. Nothing comes. Stunna doesn't write. Or support. What is it really?
I don't think they offer support for stolen coins. It's the users issue.
Please use a secure password and if possible 2FA and keep your device secure. I've previously responded to your issue via PM and it simply isn't an issue on our end.
