They got tons of support request each day and not to mention that SOME are just troll mail. It is pretty easy to hire someone competent enough to be your support staff however it is hard to find someone trustworthy to handle it.
Stunna will not be risking his player's confidential such as email or BTC address to some random guy however Micro has announced that there will be a new support staff soon . Things could be better with the new support staff

Some people don't understand how important is to keep users privacy , especially in bitcoin world. Users that gamble in bitcoin mostly do that because they want they privacy and primedice very much respects and protects that.

Its not an easy task to hire somebody for that job.

Steveds you started asking to do support the first day you became mod Smiley . And i'm sure you would have lots of people to recommend for that job.

I can't even be sure and suggest somebody for mod let alone for support Cheesy .
